Chris Davis, President of House and Condo Management. Chris Davis was formerly the property manager for MD Property Management and a leasing agent for Professional Home Management. Chris is also the co-creator of  Easy Lease Pro, a website designed around managing property for the hands-on Landlord/Owner.  

As a highly respected and referred residential real estate broker, Chris decided to establish House and Condo Mangement after hearing the concerns of her clients as they used property managers.  Chris and her team were determined to provide the same level of professional service to the Landlord/Owner that they have provided for their Buyers and Sellers of residential property.

Chris Davis is a licensed broker and member of the National Association of Residential Property Management (NARPM), as well as belonging to the National Association and California Association of Realtors and Council of Residential Specialists (CRS).  Chris also holds the ePRO designation with the National Association of Realtors.
